The MidAmerica Region

The MidAmerica region of the Unitarian Universalist Association is comprised of three districts: Central Midwest, Heartland, and Prairie Star.


The Central Midwest District includes 80 congregations in five states—all of Illinois, most of Wisconsin, the northwestern corner of Indiana, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the southwestern corner of lower Michigan, and the eastern 2/3 of Missouri.

The Heartland District includes 54 congregations and covers all or part of four states: Kentucky, Michigan's Lower Peninsula, western Ohio, and Indiana.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Workshops are 75 minutes long, with a presentation and time for discussion.
  • Participants will need a computer with high speed Internet access and a separate phone line.
  • Small groups can gather around one computer and a speaker phone to participate if desired. Such a group should register under the name of one individual.
  • The workshop Web site address and call-in phone number will be emailed to those registered 24 hours before the workshop.
