The purpose of this webinar is to help new presidents get ready for a productive year.  Experience shows that a relatively small investment of time in advance of what is for many congregations the fall start of the church year, can make a big difference.  We’ll review some simple basics for ways an incoming president can make the year more productive and even enjoyable for the board and the whole leadership.
